Since 2014, ComDev Africa’s West Africa Hub has been leading impactful initiatives in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger. Our work focuses on supporting young people, entrepreneurs, and civil society organizations to strengthen their autonomy and impact in the region. Today, we are leading three flagship projects: Salouma: supporting economic interest groups (EIGs) and aspiring entrepreneurs in the agricultural value chain. AU-EU Youth Voices Lab: strengthening youth empowerment and skills. Premiso: building the capacity of CSOs to make them self-reliant and sustainable. Our approach is based on social innovation and local collaboration to promote inclusive and sustainable development in West Africa.
